SmartSchRecords was born from a simple observation: Ghanaian schools were struggling with outdated, paper-based systems that made it difficult to track student progress, communicate with parents, and make data-driven decisions.
Founded in 2020 in Accra, our team of educators and technologists set out to create a solution that would be specifically designed for the Ghanaian educational context. We understood the unique challenges faced by schools in Ghana - from limited internet connectivity to the need for mobile-first solutions.
Today, from our headquarters at U27 WILMA STREET in Accra (Digital Address: GN-0659-8968), we serve over 500 schools across all 16 regions of Ghana, helping manage the educational journey of more than 50,000 students.
