User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

Payment Terms and Billing

Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice: Please read this section carefully as it limits our liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghana law, SmartSchRecords shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp at +233 50 660 8337 or through your account settings. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in prohibited activities.

Effect of Termination

  • • We will delete your data according to our retention policy
  • • Outstanding fees remain due and payable
